Return Policy

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Garrobo Co offers store credit for returns. The customer must be pre-authorized prior to sending any items back for a return. Please contact our team returns@garroboco.com with your order number. Garrobo Co holds the right to deny store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements. 

The credit note will be issued for the product cost only if the garment is returned in its original condition with tags attached and within 10 business days of receiving your order for all local customers and 30 day returns for all international customers.

Please note: you will not be credited for your initial shipping fee, nor compensated for return postage fee. This is up to the buyer to ship the return goods. Return address will be sent by email upon return approval.

Returned items MUST adhere to the following policy:

  1. Returned with original tags attached and packaging, unworn, and unaltered.
  2. Have no sign of wear, stains, body odor, perfumes.
  3. Returned within 10 business days of receiving your order.
  4. Credit notes are not offered for Sale items. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Once the item(s) is received and approved your credit note code/outcome will be processed within 5 business days and it will display in your account online. The credit note is redeemable then on any product online. It is not redeemable on shipping fees. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge. Credit note is valid for a year from the date of credit issued.

Sale Items

Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Faulty Items

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our team returns@garroboco.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Any faulty items must be lodged within 7 days of receipt or faults will be considered wear and tear.
