Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKING.

 

El Salvador

2-3 business days (business days are from Monday to Friday and exclude national holidays in El Salvador) for processing before order ships from our warehouse.

Pickup at a location 1.00 USD

  • 2-3 business days for delivery at pickup location.
  • Delivery time begins calculating once the order has shipped from our warehouse.

Aeromall

  • 2-7 business days for delivery.
  • Delivery time begins calculating once the order has shipped from our warehouse.

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 2:00 PM (CST-06:00) may be processed & shipped within 2-3 depending on item availability.

Orders placed on Friday may be processed within 2-3 depending on item availability but they will ship next Monday.

Delivery time may be subject to delays due to national holidays or cases of ‘force majeure’ as established in Art. 43 of El Salvador Civil Code.

International Shipping (United States & Canada)

Please allow 2-7 business days (business days are from Monday to Friday and exclude national holidays in El Salvador) for processing before order ships from our warehouse.

  • UPS Cargo 3-7 business days for delivery.
  • Maximum weight is limited to 70 Kg.

Important: Delivery time is subject to custom clearance. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

 

All Other Countries

Please allow 2-7 business days (business days are from Monday to Friday and exclude national holidays in El Salvador) for processing before order ships from our warehouse.

  • UPS Cargo 5-12 business days for delivery.
  • Maximum weight is limited to 70 Kg.
